Ordering, delivery and support all happen online and by email.
How quickly do I get the images?
Within 2 hours of your upload – any time, any day, including evenings and weekends. For paid orders, the clock starts when payment arrives.
What gets removed when decluttering?
Only loose items: dishes, laundry, toys, cables, bags, boxes and odds and ends. Furniture, fixtures, finishes, windows, doors and the view stay exactly as they are. You choose whether you want decluttering when you order.
Can I use the images in my listing?
Yes – freely, for the listing and your own marketing. Australian Consumer Law prohibits misleading advertising, and NSW Fair Trading’s guidelines say agents must not digitally add or remove features of a property. That is why we only remove loose items and never touch the property itself. We include a ready-made disclosure line plus your unaltered originals. Please check every image before you use it.
What does “Swiss made” mean here?
Zugzwang Studios is based and managed in Basel, Switzerland: orders, the check of every image and support all happen there, under Swiss law. The AI editing itself runs with our providers in the USA, and delivery files are stored in Ireland – so we promise Swiss standards of care and honesty, not Swiss servers.
What happens to my photos?
We only use them for your order. Uploads are stored with our provider Supabase in the EU (Ireland); for AI editing, the photos are sent to our provider Higgsfield (USA); finished files are delivered from storage in Ireland. We delete the delivery files 30 days after delivery and never show your photos as an example without your written permission. When uploading, you confirm that you have the right to use the photos.
What if I don’t like an image?
Reply to the delivery email and tell us which image – we’ll re-edit it free of charge. If it still isn’t right, you get your money back.
How do I pay?
By credit or debit card via Stripe, in Australian dollars; the receipt arrives by email. The 10-pack is valid for 12 months.
